We design and craft each door from a wide range of styles and configurations, enhanced by handcarved patterns, imagery, and furniture grade finishes.
Hardwoods for doors are carefully selected to insure we start with quality materials. We work with many domestic and exotic species: Genuine Mahogany, Brazilian Mahogany, Spanish Cedar, reclaimed heart pine, and Douglas Fir.
Superior Construction At 2 ¼” our standard exterior doors are 40% thicker than our competitor’s. This provides additional security and protection against the elements.
We employ mortis and tenon construction and solid wood rails and stiles are through-bolted and laminated to prevent warping. Floating wood panels overlay an insulated plywood center; this eliminates cracking, while adding strength and insulation.
All entry doors are sealed with the highest quality marine varnish for ultimate protection against the elements.
